Vero AI is an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform for customer operations, combining voice-first autonomous agents, multi-channel support, and governance-first design to enable scalable, compliant automation.
WHY?
Customer support teams handle high volumes of interactions across voice, chat, email, and messaging while needing consistent service quality, compliance, and secure governance. Vero AI was developed to address these challenges by enabling scalable automation that retains enterprise visibility, control, and auditability.
WHAT?
Vero AI provides autonomous, voice-first and multi-channel AI agents that can manage support interactions in real time, maintain conversational context across languages and channels, and offer consistent responses with the option for structured escalation to human teams.
HOW?
The platform combines real-time conversational AI with agentic task execution, interruption-aware understanding, multilingual capabilities, and governance mechanisms. It supports secure, auditable interactions and can be deployed in environments that meet enterprise data-residency and compliance requirements.
WHERE?
Vero AI is architected for enterprise deployment, with options such as on-premise or private-cloud installation to meet demanding security, compliance, and governance requirements.
WHEN?
IBDÅ began working on the Vero AI project in June 2025. The platform continues to evolve through iterative design and refinement, developed in close coordination with the client team.
WITH?
Developed for CME through a close collaboration between IBDÅ and the CME team, with IBDÅ contributing to UX/UI research, design, and prototyping.
