SPIN-OFF VENTURE

Tasni.ai

AI-Powered Manufacturing

Advanced Manufacturing AI Integration Software Solution

Tasni.ai is a UAE-born software solution enabling real-time optimization and error correction in robotic fabrication. Combining AI algorithms, digital twins, and material behavior mapping, the platform enhances precision, reduces waste, and supports scalable additive manufacturing workflows tailored to local contexts and materials.

AI-DRIVEN ERROR DETECTION

Real-time monitoring and correction of errors using AI algorithms to improve accuracy in additive manufacturing.

REAL-TIME FEEDBACK

Provides immediate feedback during production, enabling dynamic adjustments to toolpaths and extrusion settings.

DIGITAL TWIN INTEGRATION

The software employs digital twins to simulate and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment between virtual and physical outputs.

BILINGUAL INTERFACE

Supports both English and Arabic, allowing seamless usability for diverse user groups.

MATERIAL BEHAVIOR MAPPING

Tracks and archives the behavior of materials during the printing process, allowing for precise adjustments and future optimizations.

ADVANCED TOOLPATH VISUALIZATION

Visual representation of the toolpath, offering users detailed insights into the progress and any deviations during manufacturing.

WHY?

Robotic fabrication systems lack adaptive intelligence, often requiring manual calibration and trial-and-error. Tasni.ai addresses this gap by enabling data-informed, automated decisions in real time.

WHAT?

Tasni.ai is a bilingual (English/Arabic) fabrication software platform developed to support real-time feedback, advanced toolpath visualization, and material behavior tracking

HOW?

The system integrates custom AI algorithms, sensor feedback, and digital twin technology—allowing for error detection, material analysis, and real-time adjustment during fabrication processes.

WHERE?

Tasni.ai is a UAE-born software solution being entirely developed and tested within the UAE. It aims to enable sustainable material innovation by leveraging AI capabilities for responsive additive manufacturing.

WHEN?

Tasni.ai was exhibited at the AM Conclave Middle East Exhibition and Conference in September 2024, and the 3rd Additive Manufacturing the Future Conference & Exhibition in October 2024.

WITH?

The work is developed in collaboration with the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI) and the In5 Design Incubator and prototyping lab, using a Kuka Robotic Arm.
